To ensure this process is managed efficiently, we have partnered with TFI Resources to manage all administrative support for each contract employee on assignment which in turn allows workers access to better benefits. We earn our fee once a placement has occurred. The contract employee submits a weekly time sheet for hours worked, to be signed & approved by an authorized client representative. The client pays an hourly bill rate for those approved work hours, only. If at any time during the contract assignment period a client wishes to permanently hire a contractor full time, a conversion rate will be assessed minus any accumulated work hours that have already been paid.
